* PERSONALIZATION TEXT SUBMISSIONS: Please be sure to double check spelling of any text submitted as well as the quality of any image files submitted. Send all personalization info and any special requests (names, wording, etc.) in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.
* IMAGE REQUIREMENTS: Images must be 300dpi or better.
* IMAGE SUBMISSIONS: Send your high-resolution photos (300dpi or better) along with any information you would like to personalize your ornament to us via ETSY CONVO MESSAGE.
* MESSAGES: PLEASE CHECK FREQUENTLY for messages and product PROOFS. Occasionally, we have questions regarding the creation of your item that require prompt replies in order for us to meet production and shipping deadlines. If we are unable to get replies in a timely fashion it can delay the process. So we ask that you check your messages often.
* ORDER PROOFS: Occasionally, we send images proofs that require your approval prior to us actually making them. Please check your messages often to help ensure timely processing.
NOTE: Product colors may look slightly different in person as computer monitor resolution and definition can vary. Additionally, please be aware that because we make each items to order and add personalization doing so may slightly alter the end product.
