Our memorial slates are thoughtfully designed to honor the memory of a loved one with dignity and care. Personalized with meaningful details, each slate becomes a timeless keepsake for remembrance and reflection.

To Order:

1. Choose which poem you would like from the listing photo then use the dropdown menu to select the poem when ordering.
2. When checking out, make sure you include the address where you would like the slate shipped.  
3. Send your photo via email to orders@sweetprincegifts.com. It is also a good idea to send a number that I can text if I have a time sensitive question and don't hear back after sending an email. 
4. Please continue to check your emails because I will be sending information about the slate process as well as a proof of the slate design.
