All mugs and ornaments typically ship via USPS First Class Mail (estimated 2-5 business days) when free shipping is selected. If you're in a rush, consider upgrading at checkout:
Priority Mail (1-3 business days) - Not guaranteed, but delays are rare.
Priority Express (1-2 business days, guaranteed) - Best for urgent orders. USPS typically charges 3-4x more than Priority, starting around $30-$50+, depending on location and weight.

🔁 Non-Refundable Rush Fee:
Because I begin working on your item(s) immediately, this fee is non-refundable, even if:
You do not respond in a timely manner to approve a proof or confirm personalization details
Delays occur due to changes or corrections to the info you submitted after ordering
You later decide to cancel the order (the product and shipping may be refundable if production has not begun, but the rush fee will not be)
